3. User Accounts

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately via our contact form if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Race Data Accuracy

Race information on the Service is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for informational purposes only. Traxamo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of race listings, including dates, distances, locations, prices, or availability. Always verify race details directly with the race organiser before registering or travelling. Traxamo is not responsible for cancelled, modified, or incorrectly listed events.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI's models) to generate training plans, nutrition guidance, gear recommendations, race summaries, and race reports. This content:

• Is provided for general informational and planning purposes only.
• Is not a substitute for advice from a certified running coach, sports dietitian, or healthcare professional.
• May contain errors, outdated information, or recommendations unsuitable for your individual circumstances.
• Is clearly labelled as AI-generated within the Service.

6. Strava Integration

Connecting your Strava account is optional. By connecting Strava you authorise Traxamo to access your recent activity data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Strava account settings or your Traxamo profile.

7. User Content

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Traxamo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service that is not user-generated or sourced from third parties — including the Traxamo name, logo, design, and original written content — is the property of Traxamo, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
